At MOMCIE, we handle every shipment with care and attention. Below you’ll find all information about our shipping methods, costs, delivery times, and pre-orders.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship with reliable partners (such as DHL), depending on your location and order.

- Netherlands: delivery within 1–3 business days after the shipping confirmation

- Belgium: delivery within 2–4 business days after the shipping confirmation

Please note: during busy periods or for pre-orders, delivery times may vary slightly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Indicative rates:

- Netherlands: from €5.95

- Belgium: from €12.95 

- Free shipping: from €75 (NL only)

Pre-orders

Ordering a pre‑order item? The expected delivery date will be shown on the product page or in your confirmation email.

You will automatically receive an update once your package has shipped.
Pre‑orders cannot be combined with regular (in‑stock) orders.

Track & trace

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a track & trace code, allowing you to follow your parcel at any time.

Delayed Delivery or Missing Package

Although we work carefully, unforeseen delays may occur.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days (NL/BE), please email us at info@momcie.com - we’re happy to assist.

International Shipping

MOMCIE currently ships to selected destinations within NL/BE.
Would you like to order from another country? Please contact us first via info@momcie.com.

Incorrect Address Details

Please double‑check your address information before completing your order. MOMCIE is not responsible for incorrectly entered address details.
If a package cannot be delivered or is returned due to incorrect information, additional costs may apply.
