Welcome to MOMCIE – we’re so glad you’re here. We want you to shop safely and with confidence. These terms explain clearly what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you when you visit our webshop or make a purchase.

Article 1 – Who May Use Our Webshop?
By using our webshop, you confirm that:

- you are responsible for the use of your account.
Your account is personal. If you share it with someone else, you remain responsible for all activities performed through your account.

We aim to display all products as accurately as possible. However, colours and details may vary depending on your screen. We reserve the right to:
- update product information;
- temporarily or permanently remove products;
- set purchase limits (e.g., per household).
Our products are intended for personal use only — not for resale.

Your order becomes final once we have confirmed it and your payment has been processed. We may refuse or adjust orders, for example in cases of suspected misuse.
Need to cancel? Please let us know as soon as possible — once the order is processed, cancellation may no longer be possible. Returns are handled according to our Return Policy.
Article 4 – Prices & Payment
- Prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices or modify promotions.
-You are responsible for providing correct payment and address information.
We accept various secure payment methods. A transaction is only complete when the payment has been received.
Article 5 – Shipping Information
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times are estimates.
From the moment your parcel is handed over to the carrier, the risk transfers to you. Issues with delivery? Contact us, we’re happy to help find a solution.
Article 6 – Intellectual Property
All content on our website (such as photos, texts, and logos) is owned by MOMCIE or our partners/licence holders. Nothing may be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

We sometimes use third‑party tools (such as Shopify functionalities). These are provided 'as is', without guarantees. Use of these tools is at your own risk. Always check the terms of the relevant third party

Our webshop may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, security, or functioning of external websites. Always read the terms and privacy policy of any external site before submitting information or making a purchase.
Article 9 – Our Collaboration with Shopify
Our webshop operates via Shopify. Shopify collects certain data to keep our store functioning but is not a party to your purchase. Your agreement is solely with MOMCIE.

Article 11 – Feedback & Reviews
We appreciate your feedback! By providing feedback (via email, review, or otherwise), you grant us permission to use it to improve our services.
We may display feedback on our website or use it for marketing purposes.
Article 12 – Errors & Updates
We strive to keep all information accurate, but mistakes can happen.
We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders if information (such as price or stock status) is incorrect.

MOMCIE is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

Dutch law applies to these Terms & Conditions. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

We may update these Terms & Conditions. When we do, we will publish a new version on our website. The latest version always applies.
